Description

Princess Yue wig commission WIP

I had ordered the hair accessories, but after receiving them, they were the wrong color. The gems pictured here are about the third ones that I cast from resin. First ones never turned loose from the mold (couldn't beat them out with a hammer) and second ones were way too big. LOL. Hopefully the third time is the charm.

Adding extra hair to the sides and then stubbing the ponytail.

ERMAHGERD! This wig is a hair monster. It eats hair! I thought, "This will be an easy wig. Get a pony tail style wig, add some wefts, and we'll be good to go!" Nope, I've fed this thing almost 2 whole packets of wefts; that's alot of hair. I'm pretty sure I can hear it laughing at night too. When using this style of wig, be careful when re-styling or moving the pony tail. You have place the hair exactly the right way, or spots will show to the inside of the wig. I don't want that, grrr.

Finished the hair accessories and have a little write-up here --> [link] .

Completed wig here --> [link]

The wig is a "Jasmine" in the color Silver (063) from Arda Wigs.

Hey! I'm using the same wig as a base for a Yue wig (I'm going to add the sidelock braids/lengths in as extensions and keeping the rest for the ponytail. I have to ask since this is a MONSTER of a wig- How the hell did you keep it looking so smooth?!
